Be careful with this app! I only rode the bike for less than an hour and when I went to end the trip I locked the bike and pressed end trip but it continued to give me an error message, I even restarted the phone so it was certainly the app. About a week later the app charged me $21 for a ride that wasn’t even 30 minutes and I tried to get in contact with customer service but they won’t do anything about it. The bike was fine but I won’t be using this app again, $21 for a less than 30 minutes ride is absolutely ridiculous.

Pike ride is so much fun and so easy! My son in law insists we do a pike ride tour every time he visits. It’s a super easy and convenient way to get around and experience the city in a different way. We’ve found so many cool new restaurants and brew pubs just off the cycling trails

This service is brilliant. I am visually impaired, and it is my only transportation. Easy to use and inexpensive. Thank you PikeRide

I’m an annual member, and like to ride on the weekends. The app constantly crashes, and reopening the app doesn’t fix it. I’ve reached out to support and they suggested that I close the app while I ride. I’ve tried that, and it doesn’t help. I’ve even tried shutting down my phone while I ride, and that seemed to make it worse. Sometimes restarting my phone works, but more often it does not. EVERY DAY I RIDE I’m forced to uninstall/reinstall the app, which not only costs me minutes on my ride, but also costs me the cellular data to do so. It’s not like I have an old or out-of-date device…I have a fully updated iPhone 11. I want so badly to love PikeRide, but it’s getting to the point where I’m hesitant to use it, and I definitely do not recommend it in its current state. Please fix the app!!!

Love that they are a local nonprofit and the e-bike are a fun way to get around town.

We love using Pike Ride to get around downtown as an alternate to driving. The bikes are great and a lot fun, but the new app is very glitchy and often won’t load when you arrive to grab a bike leaving you stranded or needing to delete the app and redownload. Service seemed much better when it was just on the native Drop app vs Pike Ride itself. Please get this figured out, we love using the bikes, but if the app is unreliable you will lose regular users.
