Bryony's Pilates Method is the ultimate form of movement for the body. It creates long lasting, deep results through lengthening, strengthening and toning the body. Each class has been created by Bryony to serve the mind and body, helping you to feel stronger, happier and healthier.

With a curated, on demand video library and live weekly classes you can follow Pilates By Bryony’s method, and choose from a range of videos to sculpt, tone and lengthen your body. Whether you have 5 or 45 minutes to dedicate that day there is something for everyone to practise anywhere and anytime. To help you stay consistent and focussed, there will be a new video release and live class with Bryony each week.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Pilates By Bryony on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

All payments will be paid through your Apple Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

I’ve done Pilates so many times but this app is amazing, loving the classes! Also the sound baths and recipes etc are great!

The best Pilates online!

I discovered Bryony on Insta having done Pilates for almost 15 years I had recently moved from London to countryside and couldn’t find an instructor with the same vibes. Now I have, she’s so precise and her app and insta is filled with great tips and motivation. She and Sophie get me going every day. Love her

Never knew about Pilates could change my day by day

I’ve been for a year and a half to a careo practice and since I’ve been using this Pilates app, I’ve been on top fixing the pains and positions. Bryony is very calm and explains all exercises in detail, making the session efficient and with incredible results. Thank you Bryony and your team for creating this helpful app.

Bryony is great but app could do with improvement

With how much you’re paying for the app, I would recommend having more structure, maybe a tap where you can select alll your workouts for the week. Instead of just having the favourite option. As a first time user of this app it’s a little chaotic and I had to ask a close friend how to use it. As she was the one who recommend it to me. All in all Bryony is a great teacher, her voice is calming and video quality is great!

Best thing I did for me!!!!

So glad I signed up!! Been a membership since January and rarely miss a day. This has become part of my daily routine now and it is the best way to start each day. I am feeling fitter and more flexible in my body and leave each class feeling totally rejuvenated! Bryony and Sophie are so inspiring and their energy is contagious! The app is fab with different class lengths, focused areas of the body, nutrition section and except breath work exercises and beautiful sound baths. I will most definitely keep this going long term.Thank you xx

Amazing app, worth every penny.

Finally, at the age of 45, I’ve found a form of movement that I enjoy and that I can fit into my day. Some days I can do a 30 minute full body routine and others I sneak in a quick 10 or 15 minutes. There is plenty of choice. Every workout is worthwhile and enjoyable. Together with my usual daily dog walking and a horse ride once a week, this Pilates app is changing my body - well worth every penny. Thank you Bryony for creating such a calm, peaceful and enjoyable form of movement for a busy mum of 3 teens & 3 energetic dogs that all need tending to. This app ensures I don’t forget about myself!
