## Pilla Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Great app!"
We have been using Pilla since opening and the app is fantastic! Very user friendly
-- Amc_98, 2026-02-25

### ***** "We use the app as a digital food safety management system so staff have 24/7 access to procedures"
We used to have a paper based food safety system which lived on the shelf and was hardly ever used. Now our head chef has recorded a series of training and process videos which staff can view at any time on their phones - so our processes are actually viewed and understood now.

### ***** "The agent keeps my staff motivated and updated in the team chat so everyone knows what’s going on."
One of my favourite things about this app is the ai agent that updates my teams every day in our team chat. It means my staff constantly know what’s going well and what’s not going well and it’s transparent, the whole team can see what’s going on.
-- Ada 1235, 2026-02-15

### ***** "I used to repeat myself daily to my staff, now they have training videos at their fingertips ☺️"
This is hands down the best way that I’ve found to provide staff with training. We have a lot of different things to do in our business and staff can forget how to do it properly, now they have training videos in their pocket! x
-- NickiLS85, 2026-01-27

### ***** "This app is the simplest way to run consistent desk-less teams"
Honestly if you run teams that are always on the go, then you know how hard it is to get them to do everything correct every day. Try this app, it makes it obvious to our teams where they need to be and what they to do.

### ***** "Super helpful"
We’ve used Pilla for a while now, this release is a major upgrade, it’s quick, responsive, excellent UI and the video feature is super useful. Well done Pilla team 👍
