Constantly having issues with arming the pumps, not recognizing the card, having to constantly add the email address to send receipts to. The app has gotten nothing but worse. I’m sick of the glitches.

I’ve tried three times to set up an account and enter the card I got at the flying J, and three times when I try to verify my email, it has taken me back to the registration page, without saving or moving forward. Serious glitch, rendering the app pretty much useless to new users.

It says activate in the app and earn 5PPG after 8 qualifying fills. But it doesn’t work. I fuel up thousands of litres and more than 50 gallons each time but i still get 1PPG. Please fix this problem. By the way I fuel up in Canada.

I get to the end of the process in the registration to verify the email address. But when I click on the link to “activate my account” it just sends me right back where I’ve started to register a new account. One can only go round and round so many times before they give up and delete it…

I provided my info to register, received the registration email to confirm - did everything. But at no point am I asked to provide a password. 

The app and the site provide two options: login or register. The registration process is incomplete. I tried “Forgot password?” but I receive an email that says my address isn’t in the database. 

So, this is a useless app. Can’t complete registration, can’t sign in, can’t add myRewards card. There’s no reason to get a card, if it can’t be registered.
