活動目標：
1.創造團隊合作的互動經驗。
2.強化溝通模式與策略應用的技巧。
3.透過問題解決的過程，激發團隊創意思維。
4.建立個人的行動方案，將活動所學應用在職場、學校與生活中。
 
活動效益：
1.透過活動需求面談，可以瞭解組織現況，以設計出更貼近組織的需求 。
2.透過與其他成員的互動，讓小組成員可以對其他夥伴能夠有進一步的認識，藉此讓成員瞭解不同的行為模式是如何影響或強化組織目標的達成。
3.參與者將會瞭解如何想辦法讓自己成功，也代表著如何讓團隊也成功。
4.活動結束的引導反思，將協助成員思考如何應用活動中所發生的真實經驗回到職場、學校與生活之中。
