## PilotAWOS Description
As a pilot, the weather a few days from now doesn't matter as much as the weather Right Now.
You need the current wind direction, at the nearest airfield, for the best runway.
You need the current barometer reading for your altimeter.
You need to know if the field is still VFR. And you need it fast.

PilotAWOS puts the National Weather Service's automated observation stations on your wrist or your home screen.

Instantly see the most recent reading from a nearby AWOS station.

A Phone app if you use your phone on your panel, and a Watch app if you don't
Has watch-face complications and phone widgets, settable to specific stations
Works wherever you have data connectivity

Data is fetched directly from the National Weather Service, without any intermediate backends or analytics collection.
Your location is used only to locate nearby AWOS stations, and isn't tracked or recorded.

## PilotAWOS Reviews in United States

### ****- "Great product"
My free trial expired. I tried to renew it. It asked me to log into my Apple account. It would never let me login if I couldn’t renew it please fix that.

### ****- "I like that app"
I like the app but there is one more thing you are missing for John F.Kennedy International Airport(JFK) and it supposed to says New York John F.Kennedy International Airport(JFK) can you put that in the next update please

### ****- "Very cool tool!"
This is great! I love that I can get the AWOS for airports near me. I would give it five starts if: 1) It was available on the iphone and 2) I could pick/enter smaller airports that I want to fly to that have a station. OS9 for example.

I love that this was a a university project written by a pilot! Well done!

***Will you please make a version for the iPhone?!
