Absolutely unbelievable.. after I ve bough a lifetime subscription it turned out that I had to repay again.. for some weird excuses , change of name and stupid stuff like this.. but I payed again and they ASSURED me that it was the last time of such a change.. and you guess what?? Now it s time to pay it again.. NOW.. the word lifetime means forever and NOT every 3/4 years!! Buy a dictionary and be honest .. STAY AWAY from this app and logbook unless you are willing to pay a new subscription every now and then.. this company is just a bunch of liars!!! You want us to pay every 3/4 years ?? When TELL US and remove the word LIFETIME.. BIG BIG SHAME ON YOU

App is great, lots of functionalities and everything stored in the cloud. The desktop version has some issues running on my Mac, it freezes sometimes. Overall I am very satisfied!

It’s quite hard to understand why it’s so complicated to upload my previous experience. No way to have a good connection to Leon. I am trying to get customer support but after several emails still impossible to solve my problems. I quit. Better Log Ten.

I have been a client of CrewLounge and used the first version of PILOTLOG since a long time now. I have seen this company and its apps growing fast and I have been listened to by the developers all along the way. I must say that it’s impressive how much they are professional and also open for suggestions and what’s amazing how fast they integrate changes and improvements proposed by us users to the app ! I’m an airline pilot and after using this app for some time I can guarantee that this is by far the best logbook app ever produced. Usually the logbook apps just log the flights so to give you the total hours and maybe a couple of functions more (so something that even an excel file can do but for free); crewlounge, instead, offers an infinte amount of functionalities, statistics and very impressive systems. For example you can import rosters directly through the app so that all your flights are already saved as drafts and you’ll just have to put the final times once you’ll fly the sector. To log the times they also have 2 really amazing functionalities: the ACARS reader and the ADS-B call, they make logging sectors faster so that you can save time. One very important aspect is that the customer support is amazing! They always reply very quickly (I’m talking about few minutes) even at really late/early times and they are always incredibly kind, available, professional and respectful. They also really care about your issues and they solve them very quickly. I can only strongly suggest this app to all the pilots out there, this is by far the best there is on the market and inexpensive. The functionalities that I mentioned are just a couple as an example, the app offers an infinite choice of them. Very well done to the creators, the customer support and all the people behind this app, keep up the good work!

This Company is amazing! They offer integrated APP and services, covering the handling of Pilot’s situations and syncing needs, well above expectations. Once started using their services and products, everything is becoming easy, synced, backed up, recorded… They must have very capable “brains and hands”: they were able to setup the data export from the impenetrable CAAC APP (Chinese). Then I told them about a new Company, and within few days they were able to import the roster from their calendar. “Give them a problem to solve, and they create a solution”. Honestly, I admire such dynamic capable organization. Well done! They deserve the best recognition.

I stared using this app/software few months ago and I only have good things to say. Help desk is always ready and we’ll prepared when you have doubts or problems.

I’m a Captain and I work in Europe for a main airline. I decided to change from another e-logbook to CrewLouge AERO PILOTLOG and the experience is going well. The transition has been smooth and when I was in trouble the support staff helped me trough any issue in a quick and professional way. I can recommend it thanks to its friendly interface, the support team and the right price. I suggest the developers to improve the “duty function” which is a bit limited to FDP and the user cannot force any other duty (such as ground duties, courses etc). In some phases a desktop PC or MAC is essential and the application is a bit limited; it would be better to have an app less dependent by a PC. However once the transition from the previous logbook was over I didn’t need to use the desktop app anymore.

The applications are very well projected, useful and helpful with a constant updated trchnology. The support is simply fantastic driving the customer step by step to a hieve the optimal use of products!!TOP!!!
