Don’t buy it!!!
Fatal development with the app! You need to import flights by yourself, or better, buy an extra app (connect) pay extra money and… it doesn’t work at all. You guys, are not even capable to write a proper user manual!!!

Zero improvements, no connection with airline software. Easier to use excel sheet… sadly. Without direct loading from airline soft, it’s making no sense to have this app.
Happy with current interface, although it could be more user friendly. Using it in iOS system, and I still have to reset the app to make the synchronisation happen when loading new flights through the EFB share process with AirDrop. Sometimes I have to login again, while other logbook apps even works offline, hence the 4 star rating. With that, I still think PILOTLOG Crewlounge is still a good and a decent logbook. I hope improvements will come in the future.
The best flight log app
Nicely designed app for flight time logging. Downloading your roster with actual off and on block time is one of the best features available. App works smooth and just as I would like it to work. There is support available (which in fact troubleshoot your problems) if you will have any .
Like on PC.
After update app counts total hours incorrectly. Old version on iPad displays different numbers which match paper logbook.
It took me a while to get used to the software, however I have to say, it’s amazing! It has a lot of functions from which I use very few, but I will study the rest! It’s worth the money!!!
There were many issues at launch, but the developers resolved most of them. Now it’s quite a good app. Minor issues still occur, but they are not a big problem, and usually are fixed quite quickly.
I have to say, I wasn’t happy with early versions of this software about a year or two ago - lots of bugs, synchronisation issues etc. - it did cost me a lot of nerves to deal with it in the past. That said, in its current form and shape, Pilotlog is actually a decent electronic logbook. Synchronisation issues were resolved, roster & flight data are correctly getting fetched from (in my case) eCrew and I stopped having issues with it overall. Solid choice for airline pilots (especially if you have a lifetime legacy subscription). Good job crew lounge.
