Fantastic app

With features I never even thought I would use in the free version I have started utilising this logbook to the best of its ability I believe. From the normal time keeping to the reason for delay, as well as pax carried and fuel used. The records we can keep as a pilot is limitless. Almost writing a short story about every flight. Thanks for a great app and logbook.

Latest version sync not working Ios 17.2

Very good!!

Crewlounge Pilotlog has everything you need as a pilot and more! I enjoy all the features and the fact that it is so easy keeping track and logging your hours. Also how you can look up old flights on specific airfields, aircrafts etc. Very user friendly on both the computer and mobile apps. Their customer support is very very good. Always very nice and always happy to help. Sorts out any problems, big or small in a blink of an eye. Very happy and would definitely reccomend!!

Outstanding!

I use Crewlounge Pilotlog for 4 years now on both my phone and laptop and I love it! Easy to use, keeps track of everything and just a lovely app to use. If there is a problem, the support team are always very quick to respond and help to solve the problem. Would definitely reccomend!!!

Has everything you need

I'm happy with this app. I love the cross platform features, and I think the subscription fee is a reasonable amount for what you get. Honestly don’t know who is giving it so few stars…

Not working as I would have hoped .. waste of money.

Absolutely useless with shocking customer service- AVOID

I switched over to MCC about 3 years ago, had no issues. My laptop was stolen and when I requested my backup from them they only had a backup from 3 years ago even though I religiously backed my logbook up weekly. They now tried to force me to move (and pay again) to crew lounge- same developer and support staff. They take roughly 2 weeks to reply to queries as well. Don’t trust these people at all, they will take your money with a smile but won’t deliver on their promises. I lost 3 years worth of flight data due to their incompetent and useless service. If I could I would rate them minus stars.

Rubbish app with desktop interface for €97.00

I too was forced to migrate from MCC Pilot log onto PILOTLOG- CrewLounge AERO, as the lifetime licence I purchased was no longer supported forcing me onto their new subscription product. This app with the desktop interface cost an extra €97.00, and does even remotely work as advertised. The app and desktop interface suffers from repeated crashes, data loss etc. Incompetent customer service, with the generic customer service response only. I am now requesting a refund, however am completely ignored. MCC bvba company used to be a top notch developer, sadly no longer...

Terrible customer service

I originally used MCC Pilot log, with which I had no issues. However, I was forced to move to CrewLounge due to MCC’s software being outdated. I have never experienced such bad customer service since having to change to CrewLounge. I will be moving over to Log10 rather.
