Description

They grow in large numbers in forests and fields. Millions of them are hiding in the protective thicket and many withstand an eager collector. The common mushroom, dearly loved treasure in many kitchens. But once it's found, fundamental doubts replace the initial euphoria. What kind of mushroom is this actually? Is it edible, perhaps toxic, even hallucinogenic? A mushroom identification manual would be useful now - but who likes to crawl through the undergrowth with a bulky book?!

NATURE MOBILE has developed an app for all smartphone users that helps with identifying and collecting mushrooms - Mushrooms PRO. With more than *300* species and over *2000* high-resolution images it doesn't have to hide in the thicket. For each mushroom there is a comprehensive description and a selection of images of different perspectives and life tilt. Not only occasional collectors will have their fun with the app - mycologists will enjoy it, too, as the content of the app has been compiled by Dr. GERHARDT, author of many mushroom books and scientific publications about mycology. Dr. GERHARDT has been a long term employee and consultant of Mycology at the Botanical Gardens and in the Botanical Museum of Berlin.

Vorsicht bei Schopftintling

dieser hat einen vollen Stiel und ist essbsbar auch mit Alkohohl der mit einem holen Stiel nennt sich Tintenschopfling ist ebenfalls essbar jedoch in Verbindung mit Alkohohl wirkt er toxisch

Tolle app! noch etwas verbesserungswürdig

Bis jetzt (3 Jahre später) wurde leider an den runden Symbolen "Aussehen und Geruch" nichts verbessert. Diese Symbole sind viel zu klein um sie überhaupt zu erkennen. (sogar auf dem iPad) Sie müssten beim Drauftippen vergrössert dargestellt werden. Schade!!! Pilzführer pro 300 Pilze hört sich vielleicht nicht nach so vielen an ist aber eine ganze Menge, die da detailliert beschrieben werden. Toll finde ich, dass die Pilze mit vielen guten Fotos, welche oft die spezifischen Eigenschaften des jeweiligen Pilzes in unterschiedlichem Wachstumsstadium zeigen, hinterlegt sind. Anhand des Farbcodes sieht man sofort, ob der Pilz zu Speisezwecken geeignet ist oder nicht. Besonders gut ist die "Schritt für Schritt Bestimmung". Die Methode, mit welcher man einen einem unbekannten Pilz anhand der Beantwortung von Fragen auch tatsächlich bestimmen kann! Die anderen beiden Bestimmungsmethoden sind eher Filter um Pilze mit bestimmten Eigenschaften herauszusuchen. Dies wird nicht gesagt, man muss das erst selber herausfinden. Einige Bilder (Piktogramme) zur Erkennung bestimmter Eigenschaften sind oft zu klein geraten oder beschreiben eine Eigenschaft, die nicht in Normalbürgers Sprachgebrauch vorkommt und dadurch schwer verständlich sind. Auch gewisse allgemeine Pilzbeschreibungen sind oft unklar. Was sind z.B. Lamellen mit "feinflockiger Schneide" , was ist der Unterschied von Lamellen und Leisten usw. Da beisst man sich gelegentlich die Zähne aus bis man herausfindet was das wirklich bedeutet. Ein Fachwörterbuch ist zwar vorhanden. Fazit: Meiner Meinung nach eine sehr gelungene und hilfreiche App, sofern man bereit ist, sich mit der Materie auseinander zu setzen. Beim Pilze suchen kommt man sowiso nicht darum herum sich "ernsthaft" damit zu beschäftigen. Ich denke mit keiner App kann man ganz ohne Wissen für ein Pilzessen so auf die Schnelle die Pilze sicher bestimmen. Sie hilft aber, sein Wissen zu erweitern und man kann gewisse Eigenschaften nachschlagen um sich wieder an sie zu erinnern und um sicher zu sein, dass es sich auch wirklich um den gewünschten Pilz handelt. Wünsche: Eine Erweiterung um einige der weiteren gebräuchlichen Pilze, so, dass auch die übrigen Pilze, welche man bereits kennt, vorhanden sind und man sich die eine oder andere Notitz dazu schreiben kann. Eine Bedienungsanleitung mit Tips zum Vorgehen, so, dass man nicht alles selber herausfinden muss. Eine Beschreibung der Symbole, vielleicht sogar etwas deutlichere Symbole der Pilzeigenschaften und

Quiz könnte noch besser sein

Die App ist gut. Ich finde es können noch mehr Pilze aufgelistet werden. Beim Quiz könnte man mehr Info bei der Antwort geben, zum Beispiel war der Pilz essbar oder giftig. So hätte man einen guten Lerneffekt.

Application peu fiable

Certains champignons notés comestibles par Champignons pro sont donnés comme toxiques par d'autres auteurs. Par exemple "Entoloma saepium" considéré comestible par Champignons pro serait "vénéneux, parfois comestible après TTT spécial (voir litt. appropriée)" selon J.Breitenbach/F.Kränzlin in Champignons de Suisse T4 champignons à lames 2ème partie.
