Description
无锡PIMS客户端是为无锡海天公司生产的机器设备进行现场检车工作而开发的系统，通过智能手机终端进行检车工作任务的分配、提交、控制等功能，替代原有手工表格的工作模式。主要包括机器扫描注册、试车、调试、总检、扫尾、入库等各阶段的支撑，收集的数据通过后台系统同步到业务系统中。
详细使用流程为，首先注册人员通过手机登入客户端，扫描机器的编码和序列号，系统通过判断该序列号和编码的唯一性和关联性，符合要求则注册进入系统。系统将根据该机器的类型进行各个阶段（试车、调试、总检、扫尾、入库）的任务分配。进入试车阶段后，各项工作的关系根据配置可分为并行和前后置关系。部分工作只有完成在前面工作才会动态分配到工作者手中。试车阶段工作完成之后，进入调试阶段，调试阶段的工作需要领取以确认责任人，领取后可对试车阶段的工序进
行检查，如果发现问题可进行打回操作，打回后该工序将回到做的手中。打回工序完成后将回到原调试人手中。调试阶段通过后，进入总检阶段，总检也需要进行任务领取操作进行责任人确定，领取任务后，总检人可对试车阶段及调试阶段的工序进行检查及打回操作，打回流程同调试阶段。总检阶段完成则进入扫尾及入库阶段，扫尾及入库阶段均为正常工作流程，完成后机器即可入库。
