Pinbloop Punchlist, in conjunction with the free Pinbloop SubViewer, is the first application suite to seamlessly integrate the entire project team, from the Owner's Representatives and Design Team members, down to the Subcontractor's Foreman and the men correcting the deficiencies.

Our system permissions and information presentation is strictly appropriate to the user's role.   System data is viewed as the community property of Key Role Contributors, (Owners, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, & Contractors), and cannot be manipulated or concealed, for the protection of all.

Further data protections come in the form of a detailed history, maintained for every action relating to each punchlist item. Also, Pinbloop Punchlist's workflows are based on the job close out requirements of standard AIA and International Contracts, and their variants.
