I used to look forward to doing surveys but now it’s a pain. I answer questions for a while only to not qualify or there are enough responses, when I only just received the email moments earlier. Then I find out that points I accumulated for finally getting to do a survey, disappear for some reason. -- Canadian Transplant, 2026-05-14 ### *---- "Not worth it" This company will have you complete an entire survey that takes 10-20mins and then get to the end and throw up a message saying the goals were already met and not give credit. This happens so often it’s not a fluke or timing. It’s theft of your time and thoughts. -- EkR75, 2026-04-29 ### *---- "Nope skip it" No longer give cash checks and it uses a point system now. Games not recognized and you don’t get any points. Making this useless and no you cannot do surveys when you want they would discontinue your account when they’re done using and wasting your time. Going to delete account and report them. Been months since I got points all surveys is useless and not available. They send emails daily for useless surveys if they don’t use surveys anymore remove it from your site. I only got points from the games. Then they try to kick you when you don’t do their surveys when you do its unfortunately closed. How? when I just receive the survey. Company is down bad they scammy and gets your data for free by making bad surveys. -- Notright1$2, 2026-04-29 ### *---- "Waste of time" The site used to be good but after they updated last year it’s become terrible. I’ll complete a survey, answering all questions, and then they decide at the very end I don’t qualify. That’s something that should have been done at the beginning, not after I completed the survey. It’s become very scammy because I’m sure they’re still collecting that survey data and just not paying out. Also you can only cash out in specific increments now and only get gift cards. As soon as I reach the cash out amount, I’m closing my account. I’d stay far away from this company if I were you. -- Gallifreyan81, 2026-04-15 ### ***** "Works great! High rewards!" Good job pinecone!! -- benfredb, 2026-04-15 ### *---- "Used to be Good, Now Terrible" I’ve been a longtime member and used to consistently be able to complete surveys and test new products. Now I rarely qualify for surveys even after numerous attempts, I finish surveys to the end and receive messages that the survey is closed so I don’t get credit, and I am no longer receiving products to try. I’ll be cashing out and closing my account soon. -- Falangie360, 2026-04-08 ### *---- "Used to be good" I’ve been doing surveys on Pinecone for years, 8 or maybe 9. It used to be worth it. Now every single one I attempt to do, it tells me I don’t fit the criteria.. every.single.one. Now I don’t even bother, going to delete the account. Don’t waste your time here, it’s garbage -- jg9200, 2026-04-07 ### *---- "This app sucks" Every single survey i join screens me out i cant do a single survey without getting kicked out and no customer service has able to help me this app is a waste of time -- Andy69’sYourWife, 2026-04-07 ### *---- "I give up!" Apparently I’m not the only one having issues with Pinecone Research. I haven’t been able to take One survey since the site updated. I finally used my old points(after losing some) to get an e-card. I became aware of all the one star reviews after considering downloading the app to my phone. It’s a definite no go for me. -- Deb65!?, 2026-03-14 ### *---- "Won’t let me login" I’ve been using this website successfully for months, then one day it stopped letting me login. It says my password is incorrect, but it’s the right one. And when I go to change my password I receive no email to do so. They have loved me out of my account and I haven’t been able to get very much help with this. I had $60 in my account that I can no longer access. Months of surveys down the drain! -- Booperdinky, 2026-01-21 [View all Pinecone Research reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Pinecone Research Discovered Keywords - pinecone mobile app ## Apps Similar to Pinecone Research - [mindswarms](https://apptail.io/app/mindswarms-QTb/united-states) - [1Q: Earn Easy Cash for Surveys](https://apptail.io/app/1q-earn-easy-cash-for-surveys-EPd/united-states) - [OnePulse - Paid Survey Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/onepulse-paid-survey-rewards-PXd/united-states) - [SB Answer](https://apptail.io/app/sb-answer-Zdj/united-states) - [Curious Cat: Paid Surveys](https://apptail.io/app/curious-cat-paid-surveys-WWl/united-states) - [Surveymonkey Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/surveymonkey-rewards-GJo/united-states) - [ProductLab: Earn Rewards Daily](https://apptail.io/app/productlab-earn-rewards-daily-Nsy/united-states) - [Crowdtap Surveys & Opinions](https://apptail.io/app/crowdtap-surveys-opinions-CLH/united-states) - [Ripple Street](https://apptail.io/app/ripple-street-Chib/united-states) - [Rakuten Insight: Earn Cash](https://apptail.io/app/rakuten-insight-earn-cash-iSpk/united-states) ## Pinecone Research Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/pinecone-research-Egrd/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/pinecone-research-Egrd/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/pinecone-research-Egrd/canada) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/pinecone-research-Egrd/france) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/pinecone-research-Egrd/germany) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/pinecone-research-Egrd/italy) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
