Not receiving any payment notifications within the app.

I haven't been able to log in to check my balance for almost a year, and none of the recovery or verification methods work

Absolutely horrible app. Every time I put my password in, it’s always invalid. I make sure it’s accurate every single time. Then I get locked, reset it from someone at a branch, then it works. For a day. Then I go back in, tells me it’s invalid again. Then I have to ask to have it reset. It will work. Then, next day it’s invalid. This happens over and over and over. Fix it.

The PIN pad to check my account balance and sign in is completely blank, I can type all the numbers I want but the 4-digit pin area is gone so I can get into my account 🙃 stopped working about 4 days ago and now it’s just a mystery what my account balance is, so thanks Pioneer! Just another reason to finally switch banks ✌🏻

I love having the convenience of taking my bank with me everywhere I go! From transfers to bill pay and even deposits I can literally do my banking from anywhere yet is still extremely secure! So easy to use too! Highly recommend this app!

I love being able to mobile deposit my checks so I don’t have to worry about losing them. It’s also great to have personal finance available anytime I need it.

I use my online bank app all the time. Have recently been using it for check deposits , quick an easy!! Use it for Bill pay all the time and transferring between accounts.

What I love most about the mobile app is the convenience of being able to do most of my banking from the comforts of home. I can deposit checks, make transfers, set up controls to monitor my debit card and to view all my accounts. With the crazy times we’re in it gives me piece of mind to know that I can do my banking at home. I absolutely love it!

This app is very convenient. It allows me to transfer funds, deposit checks, check balances, and everything else I need to do. Works great and I prefer this over other banking apps.
