## Pipefitter Pro Description
Pipefitter Pro ist ein Rechner für Rohrleitungsbauer. Er berechnet Versatz, Bogenwinkel und Passrohrlängen und stellt die Ergebnisse in Zeichnungen dar.

Wählen Sie einen Fall im Menü, geben Sie Rohrdurchmesser und Bogenradius auf der Werkstatttastatur ein und lesen Sie die verfügbaren Ergebnisse ab: Winkel, Passrohr zwischen den Bögen, Baulänge des Rohrbogens, Bogenlängen und Maße für den Messschieber.

FÄLLE UND ANSICHTEN
• 2 BÖGEN — zwei Bögen, deren Winkel oder Versatz gesucht wird.
• TYP S — Versatz, Auslage oder eine Variante mit festem Winkel von 45°.
• T-STÜCK — Berechnungen unter Berücksichtigung des Abgangsdurchmessers.
• TASCHENRECHNER — Maße eines einzelnen Bogens, der aus einem 90°-Bogen geschnitten wird.
• 3D — zwei Bögen im Raum, eingestellt über die Abmessungen A, B und C eines Quaders.
• SCHIEBEREGLER — ändern Sie den Winkel und beobachten Sie den Versatz; Varianten für zwei Bögen, Typ S und das T-Stück.
• 3D-SCHIEBER — stellen Sie die Ausrichtung der Bögen im räumlichen Modell ein und lesen Sie Winkel, Zwischenrohr und Boxmaße in Echtzeit ab. Die Box ist eine visuelle Hilfe, kein Zuschnittmaß.

Je nach Fall stehen die Reiter Winkel, Maße und Bogen zur Verfügung; einzelne Fälle bieten zusätzlich eine 3D-Ansicht zum Drehen und Zoomen.

EINHEITEN UND EINGABE
Längen in Millimetern, Zentimetern und Zoll. Unterstützt werden auch die Schreibweise in Fuß und Zoll sowie Zoll als Dezimalzahl oder Bruch. Für Zollbrüche ist eine Genauigkeit von 1/16 oder 1/32 wählbar. Winkel werden in Dezimalgrad angegeben. Werkstatttastatur und Zollbruch-Auswahl helfen bei der Maßeingabe; häufig verwendete Fälle lassen sich als Favoriten speichern.

ROHR- UND ROHRBOGENKATALOG
Die eingebaute NPS/DN-Tabelle enthält Außendurchmesser und Mittellinienradien für Bögen mit langem und kurzem Radius. Ergänzen und bearbeiten Sie Maße und übernehmen Sie diese in Berechnungen. Speichern Sie die Maßliste als Sicherungsdatei und stellen Sie die Liste aus einer Sicherung wieder her.

VOR DEM SCHNITT
Pipefitter Pro unterstützt die Vorbereitung der Werkstattarbeit. Prüfen Sie die Maße vor dem Schneiden und Schweißen anhand Ihrer technischen Dokumentation und der Verfahren Ihres Betriebs.
