I’ve tried multiple training/nutrition apps including fitlog, Everfit, MyFitnessPal, trainerize, mycoachai…. And none of them compare to this one! I love having everything in one place that is user friendly! Love having my workouts organized and being able to have my nutrition all laid out for me. I trained with Coach Isaac for an 8 week challenge in January 2024! The app was super user friendly and it allowed me to have an open chat with my coach and fellow challenge members.  Coach Isaac checked in with me between check ins via the app and submitting my weekly weigh in photos and progress was a breeze. Definitely recommend Coach Isaac and his team to help reach your goals!

Been working with specifically coach issac for some months now and it’s the best experience I’ve had although a family man and a busy person he manages to make time for his clients and even when you take a break from coaching coach Isaac is always checking up on you client or not he’s one coach who actually CARES about his people I can say from experience he’s by far the best coach out there and don’t think twice about trying him out whether its to gain muscle lose fat or both coach Isaac will get you right!
