Automatic Renewal Membership

App doesn’t have mile measurements only Kilometers. My treadmill is set to miles. There is an option to change it for  metric to imperial but that doesn’t do anything when you toggle it on and off.

When I first started using the app I was able to use imperial measurements. Since the last update it has kept the app measurements in metric even though I have it set for imperial. My treadmill is in imperial and it's annoying to have differing numbers between the two when I'm actively going. After I'm done it gives me the imperial final numbers back at the Home Screen, but I should be able to have the imperial as I'm using it.

I am throughly enjoying my treadmill and the features of the app. But, the app takes forever to load when you click things throughout the app. Options to click are glitchy and laggy. Anytime I scroll on a post or click on a message it displays an error message. I am also receiving notifications for messages in a group chat I cannot even access when I click on the notification or find within the app. With such a great app concept, I still find myself deciding not to use the app because of the trouble it takes to use it.

If you run anything else that would it it into the background it loses connection and ends up not tracking your data. It can’t be that hard to have the data stored on-board the treadmill and uploaded once Bluetooth connection is established. It’s not like the 1980s when every byte was precious

Even after the most recent update, I still experience Bluetooth connectivity issues in the middle on a workout and the app just shuts down. The app is confusing, slow, and really ugly to look at. It also doesnt work like a remote like its supposed to. You need to be in a virtual race on your phone to use the remote and even then its hidden. App looks and functions like it was made in 2010. Give it a massive overhaul to how it works and clean it up. No need for it to look like a top down view of a city and everything being a button with 100 menus.
