## PixelMug Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible"
If a worse app exists on the Apple App Store, I have not yet found it.
-- scottkle, 2025-09-26

### *---- "Impossible to Pair?"
I have followed the limited instructions with no success pairing the mug. I can find very little help in my online searches. The provided written instructions require a magnifying glass, regardless of the readers age. I cannot recommend the device or the app at this time.
-- Lakeasaurus, 2025-08-18

### ****- "Has Potential"
The Bluetooth connection process isn’t very intuitive, but once you get connected the app is very easy to use. I would really appreciate an update to allow the mug to display English time or nonmilitary time. The ability to upload pics has worked great. However, I haven’t had any luck with the AI generative feature. Looking forward to future updates.
-- Patronuslex, 2025-08-15

### *---- "Do not buy"
I can’t comment on the app since the mug hasn’t been delivered. It’s been two months. Developer won’t respond to any complaints from all the people who haven’t received what they paid for or offered any resolutions.
-- WendiSparkles, 2025-08-13

### *---- "Can’t connect Bluetooth"
I’m so bummed. It won’t connect to Bluetooth. Contacting support but it’s been so slow.
-- NRS2018, 2025-08-05

### *---- "Won’t connect"
Mug won’t connect my husband and I both got one and we have tried everything to connect and the mugs won’t. The developer even sent us a video with no sound to show us how to connect and we still can NOT get it to connect.
