I am really upset, the app does not work since two months ago, I did try to contact the support team for PixGenie and I never receive a response. This app is a fraud, I paid for the annual subscription and it did work for just one month. I want my money back!!
Unfortunately, there’s no way to judge without hours spent watching ads. I’ll pay for the app I’m looking for, but I can’t stand the long form, 30 second ads for really stupid apps that nobody who has above a room temperature IQ would ever download. Does it work? Maybe. How well does it enhance photos? Don’t know. Can’t spend three to five minutes every single photo to test it. I’ll move on, thanks.
This app does a terrific job at upscaling photos. The final result is a sharp crystal clear image with great touch ups to improve the overall image quality. However, the interface is bright green with a white background which makes things incredibly hard to see and read. I think this needs to be addressed. Also, I paid for this app before it became subscription based. After the developer changed to a subscription model, my original purchase is no longer recognized. It will not let me restore my original purchase or grant me my original access and it keeps asking me for a subscription (which I don’t want to do) if I want to remove Ads again. This has left me feeling a bit “swindled” by the developer. This is the only reason I didn’t give this App a 5 star rating.
