The only means of accessing “Customer Support” is via e-mail. I sent Pixum 3 emails over 10 mins but got no reply. Grrrrr!!! However a major issue is that you only find out about the shipping cost once you’ve finished your project and want to order it. At £4.99 or 3.99 it is pretty hefty! Also you can’t group orders eg. I have created 3 different calendars. I will have to pay 3 times £3.99 for shipping instead of having a reduced fee of ordering all together.
