Pixum Photo Book and printing

Uploaded special event photos during lockdown and gave to my elderly parents, they’re so delighted and love the book, great keepsake and a good way to enjoy your memories without technology!

Having spent the best part of 5 hours selecting and editing photos from my phone for simple prints, my order got stuck on the payment section. I kept getting a message that there was an error with the payment process (through PayPal) but I confirmed that all was OK with my PayPal account. The only means of accessing “Customer Support” is via e-mail. I sent Pixum 3 emails over 10 mins but got no reply. Grrrrr!!! Not impressed !!!

Update on my review ( below) I moved my review from 1 star to 3. After one month the pictures finally arrived.... too much and too many troubles... I paid 58 pound for an order placed on February 29th. it's March 21st and I haven't received anything. no one replies to my information request email. non-existent customer care service. will someone give me my money back? I saw that you answer the evaluations why don't you answer someone who gave you money without receiving anything in return? if you want publicly I will give you the order number ...

We found the whole process very easy to use😀.

Really really easy to use, have yet to see the final product. However a major issue is that you only find out about the shipping cost once you’ve finished your project and want to order it. At £4.99 or 3.99 it is pretty hefty! Also you can’t group orders eg. I have created 3 different calendars. I will have to pay 3 times £3.99 for shipping instead of having a reduced fee of ordering all together. It’s a shame, I’m not sure I will use again for that reason.

I downloaded lots of apps to download some photos of a memorable holiday into a book but they made the process so very difficult till I come across Pixum wow it was so easy thank you so much for making it easy for a Granny like me I will definitely use it again highly recommend them

Great app but bad service. The discount codes don’t work in the app. I have sent numerous emails over the last two weeks to Pixum and got no response.

I am feeling good about this. I will give it a 5 star but its just not the best. It has ads! And i hate ads!
