This app needs a better reward system for customers to actually use their point in a better way.

I make it all the way to checkout and then get a error message said it can’t process try later

Try it yourself. I downloaded this because we’d get loyalty points but the price for a pizza was $4 more using the app than when I call and order. There is no loyalty when you overcharge $4 for a large pizza 🤦🏻‍♂️ Bye!

Tried ordering my food off the app to take advantage of the special offers. Got to the checkout process and it says the need my last name to check out. The app has my first name filled in and my phone number but won’t let me click on the field to enter my last name so I can’t check out😠 I’ve tried going to the account settings and everything I gave up

This isn’t an app. It is just a mobile webpage in an app shell. Can’t pick thin crust. Ordering off the web is better.

I am so thankful for your great service! It was heavy rain outside and my order was delivered on time. Tastes very delicious, friendly delivery guy. My daughter is very happy. She likes only high quality food. God bless you! ❤️❤️❤️

This isn’t really a mobile app, it’s an interface that directs to the website, which has a poor “mobile” interface and the desktop interface isn’t very usable on phones. Current standards are to have just one version of a website that adapts to the screen size, rather than to have a separate “mobile” view. But really, if you’re going to have an app, it should be a mobile-only experience with native UI elements and should not just be a wrapper for a website. Disclosure: I’m a software developer and have worked on iOS apps. This could be leagues better

This is seriously the best pizza I’ve ever had!! Only pizza place that hand-tosses their pizza aH!! Obsessed with this place! Love their wings, subs, salads tooo, eat it at least 3x a day! Gotta try it!

You can’t schedule a pickup order prior to one hour after opening time! What? Ordered a Meatster but the pepperoni wasn’t on top of the cheese! OKAY in the future I’ll just add Instructions to that effect, but you cannot! No text instructions button on Special Offers, only on full price orders! App is soooo frustrating!!! Best just to call in your order.

I can’t cancel an order on the app, doesn’t seem like a feature, I’m upset about it, cause I now have to take a pizza I don’t want. Being to able to cancel an order should be one of the first things you think of when making an app like this.
