If I can’t even sign up what’s the point of this app. Don’t waste your time. -- Roksmit, 2026-06-29 ### *---- "Worst app on the planet" Never been able to order from pizza guys using this app. I like their pizza and deals but every time I try to order I hit an error and have to call the pizza shop. -- Leslie6789, 2026-06-24 ### *---- "Broken App" An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. Ref: 1021 Pizza Hut, take my money. -- Franappuser, 2026-05-18 ### *---- "App just doesn’t work" Exactly what the title says. -- Kitty1600, 2026-05-11 ### **--- "Good food, horrendous app" I’ve been a patriot for years, but the app continues to be an absolute nightmare. You have to login with your information every single time you try using it, and not only that you have to get a special code test to you in order to login completely. And often times you won’t even get the code. The worst part is if you’re not using the app, you’re going to get charged way more at the store. On the app, a small pepperoni would only be $11. In store, $18. They really need to get this fixed, because it’s the same issue on the website. -- Torn Utu, 2026-03-06 ### *---- "Bad App" the app not working 6/10 app not work store employee and pizza’s are good -- ughra$, 2026-01-19 ### *---- "Don’t bother" Don’t bother with the app. Passwords won’t work. Eat someplace which is not this much trouble. -- MercenaryTX, 2025-12-27 ### *---- "Does not store payment method" Every time I go to place an order from the app it rejects my saved payment method. I have to re-enter the same payment method manually every time to complete the order. Happens 100% of the time I make an order and hasn’t been fixed in over a year. Has caused me to order elsewhere when I don’t have access to my payment method. -- DSC881, 2025-12-08 ### *---- "Garbage App" Who rolls out this crapola? Deleted. -- Cfishooq, 2025-12-06 [View all Pizza Guys reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
