I am giving a 1-star rating to highlight the unacceptable overuse of notifications to bombard you with Pizza Hut ads. Each day this app is installed you will receive between 3-5 app notifications advertising their products and specials. There is no setting to turn it off without turning all notifications for the app off, preventing key delivery notifications being seen. Pizza Hut, you need to include a setting to turn off the intrusive advertising.

The delivery from this app is low priority compared to if you order for pick up or uber eats, my order took 1 hour and 30mins

My local store is literally across the street and it doesn’t even appear on the app.

Hi, i have placed an order from the pizza hut au app, and the pizza was never delivered to me. I contacted the parramatta pizza hut store, and they said they have never received any delivery order. However in the app, the payment was deducted and showing the order was even delivered! Such a pathetic app is running by pizzahut which is to scam the customers. Now, please return the money and delete your app from app store if you can’t manage a better app.

You add items to a deal it shows you a price and once you add the deal to the cart it changes all the prices. Back to Domino’s it is.

The app just won’t for me. I’ve got 2 phones, they both won’t open and it’s been that way for a solid month now. Even the update didn’t work.

Can no longer log in. Doesn’t send emails when it says it has. Utter garbage.
