## Pizza Hut BOOK IT! Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t open"
Downloaded the app ahead of time to get the kids registered and now on June 1st I can’t even sign it, it just spins and spins. The website redirects you to the app meaning there’s no way to start logging.
-- ashleyop, 2026-06-01

### *---- "Fix this please."
Deleted one of my kids and when I added her, it deleted the others. Can not fix. You’re allowed only the initial edit but that does not account for their errors and buggy app. They’ve had years to fix this, look at the other reviews, absolutely abysmal app developed by unintelligent people who are rude when you message them about their mistakes.
-- Fix hatch, 2026-06-01

### *---- "Annoyed…"
I cannot register my child. Once I get to the section to pick the avatar, it freezes and won’t allow me to anything. It won’t allow me to add the avatar or the name. I have deleted and redownloaded multiple times over a few weeks. Nothing helps.
-- Finchy_4, 2026-06-01

### *---- "Forced to use Apple ID"
For the first time in years we will not participate. Forcing Apple ID-only login is unsafe and unfair. Reducing user choice and privacy increases cross-service linkage of user data.

Tying an account to an Apple ID can permit linking activity across services under Apple’s account infrastructure. Users may prefer authentication methods that disclose less personally identifying metadata for a free $6 pizza.

Cross-service linkage risk: Even with relay emails, using Apple ID can enable correlation of activity across apps byApple.

Metadata leakage: Sites receive tokens and identifiers that, combined with other signals, can remove anonymity of users.

### ***** "Good for my kids"
Very very good
-- Tho yet, 2026-05-24

### *---- "Log in"
I downloaded the app then it tried to log in with my Apple ID which prevented me from getting out of the app when the X was clicked. It kept requesting a sign in only with Apple ID which prevented would love to use this app without having one single sign in option…
-- NicMead, 2026-05-19

### *---- "Wouldn’t work for me"
When I tried adding my Apple Info to log-in, I received many error messages and then the app will not close unless I turn my phone off. It seems others have had the same issue. Major bummer!
-- LLB 2000, 2026-05-18

### *---- "App force closing."
Can’t even finish registration because app force closes. Start looking at the reviews and no one likes the app to begin with. Fun idea, horrible presentation.
-- fishsticks-82, 2026-05-16

### *---- "Apple ID only?"
It makes me login with Apple ID only….and won’t let me do an alternate method of login…then froze my phone.
-- Dd80packers, 2026-05-15

### *---- "DONT DOWNLOAD"
My kids school recommended this for summer reading, app crashed out immediately after first time opening. I could not even close it, had to force restart my phone! Couldn't even sign in
