UI/UX is mediocre like it was stuck in 2012. Addresses are hard to find. Keeps reloading and forces unnecessary pop ups which ruins an already sub par app . It basically mirrors the website and is clunky. Sad that Pizza Hut Brunei would be like this but the actual Pizza Hut app in other countries are significantly better.

I like the app offer.

Tried to sign in multiple times but it didn’t work. Then i tried to order as a guest but it still didnt work. App is very bad.

Ordered through app for delivery, payment had been made via online and had been deducted from my bank. Then, the apps said “only available for pickup.” And the app restarted. Called hotline, no answer.

It’s a bit difficult to match addresses with those registered in your database. It takes 3-4 times for me to edit the address and figuring out myself. (eg: kampung Menglait or kg Menglait or just Menglait) Other than that I’d also want to suggest that I wish the app could remember my cart even after changing the address, because right now I have to re-place again my orders every time I changed my address, which is very annoying. If there is any improvement in the future.. I will review again and give it better score next time.

Whoever is in charge of the pricing strategy, minimum delivery order and forceful voucher inclusion should be fired. Minimum $20? No problem, I’ll make it $20. Wait? Delivery charge is not part of $20? Ok fine, I’ll add another $4 worth to cover up the gap. Huh? 5% voucher which I cannot cancel and must use? Now my minimum order is below $20 again and will always be 20-50 cents down unless I go for a more expensive item. What is your problem? I want to order and not do maths. You guys already priced your food in such a way where it’s always 10cents below minimum and now I need to deal with these other stupid greedy money grubbing strategies of yours? PEOPLE WHO ARE REAL AND NOT PAID TO REVIEW WILL KNOW MY PAIN. I AM THE TRUTH.

I am so proud of Pizzahut Brunei because of this very convenient Apps, because their beloved customer just can order through their fingers and no need a communication like talking (or calling, to be specific).
