Store then uses DoorDash to deliver. Neither takes responsibility when part of the order isn’t delivered. -- HomeownerinNJ, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "Charged card twice and order never even went through" Garbage app, charged my card twice, went to the store 50 minutes later and they never even received my order. Pizza Hut has been terrible for a while but this is the straw that broke the back -- GaryOaksBalls, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "AI is poor customer service" Wanted a 3 topping pizza for $12. I can order 3x of any meat For free on the app but I am not able to swap all 3 meats for extra cheese. I would assume an in person would make this swap as customer service but on the app it’s $5 extra. Forced to use the app to get deals. Sometimes I am driving home and want to grab the family a pizza. I cannot operate the app while driving and in store or phone won’t allow you access to discounts I have to get to the store and then place the order on my phone. -- JacobeC, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "DO NOT USE" Currently on hold with customer service after the app charged me $50 and the store having no idea of any order being placed. App bugged apparently as this happened to someone else before I called the store. Customer service told me to kick rocks. DO NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS -- DeliverHS, 2026-09-11 ### **--- "App not working" The app was used to order pizza and the order did not actually go through but I was charged the amount. It caused a lot of problems for our local small town store. I then had to pay again because there was no record of my payment. The store was working to get a refund for customers. This app is supposed to make ordering easier for customers and workers but big corporate whoever can’t keep technology updated. -- SarahBeara83, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Stole my money" Placed an order online they took my money pizza was never made and they said they can’t do anything about the money! -- sng xkt gkdke fnh, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" It takes your money. But doesn’t send the order to the store. I placed an order for delivery but when it processed the app said carryout. I know it was delivery because I added the tip for the driver. So I called the store and they couldn’t find my order at all. So now If the payment doesn’t fall off my account I have to go in and request a refund. -- OmarTron26, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Major App Issues" I tried to order a few pizzas for delivery tonight and had nothing but problems with this app. One problem was that I submitted the order, got a confirmation, but the confirmation said Carry Out instead of delivery. I called the store, but they never received the order. I tried again, same problem, and store didn’t receive the order. I was charged both times. Now I have to go dispute the charges with my credit card company and still have to figure out dinner for the kids. Fix your dang app Pizza Hut!!! -- jg9235, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Fake giveaways" Won a giveaway for some Pepsi gear and never received my prize, three months later they send some bogus free pizza offer as a consolation -- TAV-Gaming, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Pizza" I ordered the 15$ large stuffed crust pizza with cupped pepperonis and the regular sauce it came with, this is one of the nastiest pizzas I’ve ever had in my life it was so disgusting never ordering from here again I only ordered from here becuase dominos website dosent work for delivery and pappa John’s is to expensive, don’t order from here it’s nasty. -- I want my free drop, 2026-09-10 ### *---- "Coupons don’t work" It’s Wednesday, it says BOGO wings, i select the BOGO WINGS option and it never applies to the total amount. -- Dave8484892, 2026-09-10 ### **--- "Why Not Just Satisfy A Long Time Customer" I did a pick up order\ paid for my pizza - they showed me the pizza and the WHOLE PIZZA WAS BURNT! I looked at the cashier and she looked at me with a straight face and advise me it would be 11.00. In surprise of her blank reaction- I said this pizza is burnt- she advised me that that could make it over again but I didn’t want them to in fear that they would do something to my pizza. I asked if they would only charge me half price for it instead. The cashier went back and spoke with the manager and they only took 1.80 off!! I hate confrontation but was upset due to this has never happened before nor have I seen attitudes like this at the Hardscrabble road store in Columbia SC before. So the store cashier made sure not to give me the full receipt that allows me to do a survey- she tore that part off. I would like for the store director to call me please ….this transaction happened on 9/7/2020 and my ticket number is 0042- this was on Memorial Day . The store was not busy at all and I do have a picture of my burnt pizza! -- GR MILE, 2026-09-08 ### ***** "ggggg" W “pay at door” -- Tomlinkin turkey, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "App is broken. You cannot login." Cannot log in. It wants me to create a new login. -- Olivier101, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "The app sucks" The development team should be fired and a better team needs to be hired. The whole cart vanishes before you could check out. I miss the old pizza hut app. -- GauravRShrivastava, 2026-09-07 ### ***-- "Pizza Hut email" I got email for 50% off regular price of large pizza so I ordered one and didn’t receive 50%off so not satisfied!! -- andy&mia, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "I hate this app" Every time I order using this app it sends the order to the wrong location. I get to the location only to find out it’s not there. Horrible waste of time. The worst app on my phone. -- NinjaGuyDan777, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "App update" It is not letting me sign in to my account -- Buggy:33, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "Love the food app sucks" I can never use my points more or less even get my order to pop up on this damn app,can never just checkout, multiple ui issues need to be fixed -- Elijah tyler o, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "Makes no since" Every time at the end of my order, they gave me these offers for other like Disney plus, then when I click on the link, it sends me to the site when I have to put in my password it wants an e-mail confirmation. When I go to my email. To get the code and come back to the site for. Disney+ and reset and put me back in at the login screen. I’ve done this about 20 times and happens every time. I don’t know if this is false advertisement or if they just don’t test their own products and apps to make sure they work.. Why not give me a code I can copy and paste. Then whenever I go back to the app to try to get the my order has already reloaded, and I have no way to get the offer. Also, another thing that feels like a scam is order delivery. I get a DoorDash driver, but whenever I leave a tip through the Pizza Hut app driver, if he ever received any tip from these Pizza Hut orders he only gets the tips if the Customer hand it to him. So is my tips? So you just want me to give you more free money on top of your already expensive prices -- Mike2wise, 2026-09-06 [View all Pizza Hut reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Pizza Hut Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Food Drink | #35 | ## Pizza Hut Discovered Keywords - pizza - hot pizza - pizza hut puerto rico - pizza hut rd - 피자헛 - pizza pizza - pizza hot - rustys pizza - pizza hut canada - pizza hut delivery ## Apps Similar to Pizza Hut - [Papa Johns Pizza & Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/papa-johns-pizza-delivery-zW/united-states) - [Domino's Pizza USA](https://apptail.io/app/dominos-pizza-usa-wob/united-states) - [Little Caesars Pizza](https://apptail.io/app/little-caesars-pizza-ZSg/united-states) - [Arby’s - Pickup or Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/arbys-pickup-or-delivery-OuN/united-states) - [KFC US: Ordering & Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/kfc-us-ordering-delivery-PuN/united-states) - [Church's Texas Chicken®](https://apptail.io/app/churchs-texas-chicken-mxN/united-states) - [Zaxbys](https://apptail.io/app/zaxbys-cGT/united-states) - [Hardee's Mobile Ordering](https://apptail.io/app/hardees-mobile-ordering-GqY/united-states) - [Checkers & Rally's](https://apptail.io/app/checkers-rallys-yldb/united-states) - [Popeyes® Chicken](https://apptail.io/app/popeyes-chicken-FfQc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
