all delivery drivers always went wrong location despite my SAVED address is correct if type in Google map or waze. There are some bugs in your pizzahut app. they all went to the other roads nearby my house. no problem in other app. Maybe your app still captured the mobile location pin instead of use coordination by google map searched address or waze despite i typed in the full address.

Loading with no ending, even with good internet coverage, made me lose precious time waiting without benefit 😡😡😡

The stupid app won’t update you the latest ETA of your delivery and it’s even passed the ETA. And there’s no complaints button. Even the stupid customer service no help. Trash app I say and bad service as always.

Why my address being override by inaccurate location? I keep input correct address, but app want to deliver to my neighbour address . Should I start buying from domino’s now?

The menu and ordering process from the app is OK. But I think the order tracker needs a lot of improvement. I would like to see which Pizza Hut outlet has received my order. And I want to see a map when the rider is delivering my order. And the order tracker needs to be more accurate. The customer service help is not responsive. I submitted a query when my order went missing, and they didn’t reply back. Fortunately, my issue was resolved, the order tracker was incorrectly updated and delivery was not completed but actually still on the way.
