1. You cannot remove items from the cart. A trick is to switch the delivery-self pick up method to remove everything from the cart. 2. PayLah couldn’t work with the previous app. So in this app, payment through credit card services couldn’t work. It will switch to cash for self pick up orders. 3. Good thing is that ordering through the app is still more affordable compared through other delivery apps.

Feels like a scam

The new app is so bad until let you frustrated to continue order pizza.

Unable to authenticate properly. Halfway crash. And not responsive after few clicks. Few months ago tried, not working. Decide to give chance try again now. Still horrible. No where to feedback to Pizza Hut. The hotline manned by non technical CS.

For such a big company, I didn’t expect the app development to be so bad. Took such a long time for the app to load and it was not possible to delete any items in the cart. It didn’t work when I logged out and logged in again, I had to delete the app and redownload to clear the cart. Shocking. And I’d assume more than 50% of your business comes from delivery / self-collection so I can only imagine the impact on your top line. App team / vendor needs to be changed.

I can’t even enter my address. The start order button is half hidden at the bottom of the screen such that I can’t even tap on it to start order.. What a joke

Stupid app and getting n back to worse. Decide to go to Domino after using this stupid app.

Is pz sg too poor to hire a pro, or encouraging us to boycott them? LOL!

Wasted my previous time. Does not work please do not download. The app speaks for its food which just as bad. Ordered domino pizza at the end . Lousy app
