Evidently, nobody that works at PH has ever tried using their own app. A disgrace to the entire concept of software and effectively unusable.

Claimed a free garlic bread with 40 redemption points, only to be told that it’s not applicable on Christmas Eve. Why wasn’t this shown beforehand instead of afterwards? Why can’t I cancel the redemption and regain the redemption points? Ridiculous. With this kind of deceptive practice, I’d rather from one of your competitors.

I can’t even login to the app even tho been resetting the password for so many times

Terrible app. The location page for delivery is not aligned to the phone, not able to click the address at all. Goes out of the phone screen.

The app crashes repeatedly and I had to place the order via the website instead. Also unable to track my order as the function hangs perpetually. Overall, it’s an extremely frustrating and trying experience using the so-called upgraded app.

I’ve been trying to log into the Pizza Hut app for several days, and it just won’t work. Every time I enter my details and hit login, the app either freezes or crashes completely. I’ve tried reinstalling, resetting my password, and even using different devices, but nothing seems to fix the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I just want to place a simple order. A login function is basic for any app, and it’s disappointing that Pizza Hut hasn’t resolved this issue. Please fix the login problems—it’s making me consider ordering from elsewhere.

Scam rewards program [Huts Rewards] requires you to accumulate a whole $85 of spending then tricks you into giving a free pizza. Then after you redeem your points, it proceeds to hit you with a min spending requirement before you can use the voucher. Not a single mention of the requirement before you start accumulating.
