Placed an order on the app and none of the staff in the restaurant knew an order was placed. It has been 2hrs plus since I ordered and paid on the app and I still haven’t gotten my pizza. They keep saying they’re yet to confirm the order. Why have an app when you can’t sync it with your services??? I’m so disappointed and it’s very annoying because it happens every damn time!
Their phone numbers never go through but they keep sending me ads with the number.

Poor app! Poor customer service. I really don’t know why you created an app if you can’t handle it. Very shameful- poor app design, orders can’t be tracked, contact number isn’t connecting, support person is slow to answer and even ignores WhatsApp messages. 

It should be zero stars if possible but I guess one star must be left for your pizza which isn’t so bad. But I advise y’all (readers), go and pick up at the store or send your delivery person unless hunger Fi kill you.
