Can’t log in. Don’t get the emailed code. Yet can log in to the website. 
Also forgotten password - don’t get the reset page. 
Poor. 
Can’t contact on website re the app as says need to connect on the app. 
Lost my rewards when changed my email address as it said to close the old one down them create a new one and ask customer service. I did and guess what why couldn’t find the old email - duh - probably because I followed their instructions and closed it down first.  
What a poor app and poor user experience.

Mark Fischer wasn’t wrong - but oh god how i wish he was - there has to be some other way than this glitchy excuse for an app - what underpaid developer in Busan was chained to a desk and forced to write the rubbish! Great pizza tho - I recommend the restaurant in Woking - but this app is hellish !

No point whatsoever in using this app for collection. I arrived at the designated Pizza Express after ordering and scheduling to collect my food in order to be told they hadn’t even made it. The excuse was the restaurant was busy. It isn’t busy. In fact, I had a wide choice of seats to take while I waited for my pizza to be made.
