Es wäre super, wenn man Biga und Poolisch zusammen benutzen könnte.
Bei 100% Poolish funktioniert die Berechnung leider nicht

Wir nutzen die App um Pizzn mit verschiedenen Hydration auszuprobieren und sind sehr zufrieden damit.
Einfach eingeben was man haben will und schon spuckt er die Zutaten aus.
Auch praktisch ist das speichern der Einstellungen mit versehen von Bilder. Benützte Rezepte nochmal zu ändern, also Notizen wäre nicht schlecht. 
Sonst einwandfrei.

Seit einem kürzlichen Update lässt sich die App nicht mehr nutzen, obwohl DNS/AdBlock/VPN deaktiviert sind. 
Davor gab es sehr gute Ergebnisse mit den Teigvorgaben.

Ich hab die App gelöscht. Sie finanziert sich durch den Abfluss und Verkauf meiner Daten und ungewollten Werbeeinblendungen. Ich wäre bereit ein Entgeld für da App zu bezahlen ohne Datenabflüsse und Werbung. So ist die App für mich ein Fall für die Mülltonne. App gelöscht - PizzApp+ ade! Nicht mit mir.
