In this game I found a great release of all negative energy I manage to accumulate during my workday.

The thing I miss the most is the possibility to observe the pestilence's effect on humans (hopefully gruesome). In terms of realism, I am not sure people should get all the latest evolutionary traits of the plague regardless of the moment of contagion. The UI needs improvement for example by showing icons for climate, type of settlements and a small pie chart for healthy sick and dead parts of the population.

You can literally make your own virus and laugh at humanity's failures, but also destroy your neglection to hygiene and health topics. I defininetly recommend this game for the low price of 1€.
