This isn’t the same old story. The PoeAi Story Creator app lets you connect with Poe, the Ai Story Bear, to create and listen to amazing original stories, with help from YOU and kid-safe cutting edge A.I. technology. 

Select a few simple ideas, in the form of predefined family friendly icons, then listen as Poe transforms them into rich, thoughtfully crafted adventures. Select a bunch of ideas or no ideas at all. Create a medieval adventure, an epic sci-fi story, an enchanting fairytale, or an intriguing mystery. Whatever ideas you choose, Poe magically makes up all the missing pieces to bring your story to life.

My son got this bear for Christmas. It was working and then we stopped using it for a while. now the app doesn’t work. It won’t connect to the bear and keeps saying it needs to update the bears files but doesn’t do it.

Bear and app used to work. New app does not work with previously connected bear. The only way I can get the bear to connect to the phone is to go to Bluetooth on the phone, attempt pairing, switch Poe on and press Bluetooth ear within 0.5 seconds of switching on. Bluetooth connects to phone, but app cannot recognize best.

I've tried the factory reset option in the app but that doesn't work. I placed new batteries in but my bear will not connect to Bluetooth! There is a brief "your bear requires a software update" button but it NEVER updates. It just fishes and goes away.

This product is an absolute waste. Upon downloading the app I got notifications 4 times in a row for updates. The app wouldn’t pair with Poe or download anything. I’m baffled as to how this product made it past beta testing and to the shelves. Do NOT recommend!
