Well, after just a week of the free trial, I was convinced. It was immediately evident to me that it was so convenient to save recipes in one place (no more LONG, uncategorized lists or bookmarks that I forget to go back to). As well, it’s great that the app allows users to save FB, TikTok, Pinterest, website recipes so easily. The meal planning & shopping lists are helpful tools too. The app is also very intuitive. Along with an excellent product, what I really appreciated was that the free trial was, indeed, a true free trial. I did not have to enter a host of personal information or credit card information. I do not like the auto-subscribe feature, which is what so many paid apps require. It can be challenging to remember to cancel a subscription if it’s not satisfactory, thereby resulting in charges you don’t want or the hassle of cancelling the app. later. I really respect that the Plan-to-Eat Team allowed access for a meaningful trial of the app. Also, I had a question about the app & a very courteous team member responded to me promptly & was so clear, personable & helpful. It was a great example of good, trustworthy customer service.
