Es ist unglaublich wie viele Fehler & Bugs sowohl die App, wie auch die Desktop Variante hat.

Es geht somit unfassbar viel Zeit verloren und selbst der Steuerberater ist genervt.

Update:
Es wurde in den relevanten Punkten nichts behoben, der Server scheint regelmäßig überlastet zu sein und Arbeitszeiten lassen sich, wenn überhaupt, nur mit sehr viel Geduld und Zeitaufwand bestätigen 👎

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wie diese App es geschafft hat so gute Bewertungen zu haben.

Die Nutzung ist alles andere als nutzerfreundlich. Will man ein- oder auschecken muss man immer erst mal ca 5-10 Sekunden warten, bevor man irgendwas machen kann, weil die App erstmal laden muss. War die App zuvor geöffnet, kann es sogar sein, dass sie gar nicht mehr aufhört zu laden und man die App neu starten muss.
Auch wenn man in die Pause ein- oder auschecken braucht man starke Nerven. Denn ein Klick auf „Pause beginnen“ führt selten zu dem erwünschten Ziel. Man muss eher zwei, drei mal drauf klicken, damit die Pause startet. Die nervigen Ladezeiten, oben beschrieben, kommen hier noch dazu.

Und das sind nur meine Beschwerden zur planday App. Das tool an sich ist auch extrem grottig. Dieser Rant gehört aber woanders hin.

Kurzum: Wenn ich sie nicht benutzen müsste, würde ich diese App sofort von meinem Telefon schmeißen!

The app seems very practical however it gives you the option to change your language, but an error code happens when you select it. This is pretty important and causes a lot of issues for me as an employee having to translate everything. Also the app needs to be deleted and restarted fairly regularly.

Leider überhaupt nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Seit Wochen keine Rückmeldung bezüglich einer falschen viel zu hoch berechnete Rechnung. Geld wurde abgebucht!!!! Probleme mit der App bezüglich der Ansicht der genehmigten Stunden habe ich seit 3 Wochen keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend

Bin seit über 2 Jahren bei Planday als Angestellter. Immer ist irgendwas und gut durchdacht ist es auch nicht. Seit dem letzten aktuellem Update ist die Verfügbarkeit nicht mehr da. Egal wie oft ich auf mache und schließe, es gibt sie einfach nicht mehr. Kann also nichts eintragen.
