Plane Finder is incredibly easy to use and utterly fascinating. It enables you to see live air traffic patterns with real-time tracking of almost any plane you’re interested in, and in addition to the aircraft’s location you can see its current altitude, its speed and where it’s heading.
Get live information on flights - super handy when travelling. You can even be alerted when a particular flight is heading your way, which is useful if you’re trying to catch sight of rare birds such as the Airbus A380.
Switch to incredible 3D flight tracking anytime from any aircraft, airport or location on the map seamlessly to view air traffic as never before.

Higher flights limit please
I love this app but sadly I can only track 10 flights. I fly very frequently and like to book ahead, and have 15-20 flights booked at any time. I would happily pay more to increase my flights tracking limit. I hope the developer will consider this

Still the best
I have the Plane Finder app for so long that I’ve forgotten when I joined. It is still the best app of its kind and so easy to use. Many a long walk and queues it spared me while waiting on delayed flights. I recommend the Plane Finder app to all travelers and plane spotters alike. To finish l must thank the wonderful people behind the scenes at Plane Finder, their patience and sheer dedication is a testament to this company. Tom.

Plane Finder Misses the Mark on Flight FR9615 Delay Information
Tried using PlaneFinder for my flight FR9615, and honestly, it was a letdown. Everywhere else I checked, my flight was delayed. But on Plane Finder? Nothing. It’s pretty frustrating when you’re trying to plan around a delay, and the app you’re counting on doesn’t have the info you need. In times when you really need reliable updates, it seems PlaneFinder might not be the go-to. Hoping they’ll step up their game with real-time info in the future.
Best App I own
I love PlaneFinder, I’ve had it on my phone for years. It’s the only App I have that my subscription is set to Auto Renew. The new “my flights” feature works brilliantly, it’s easy to use and it gives you reminders before your flight as well as arrival time updates en route. If you only have one App for tracking planes and flight information, this is the one to have.
My experience of using Plane Finder.
Has many useful features and the weather data at different airports is very useful. I appreciate alerts for aircraft squeaking 7700. But it would be interesting to have some info on cause of emergency. Graphics are excellent as is the 3D representation although airport buildings etc are oversimplified . But. It is truly a useful App and very satisfying to use
