I cannot log in to the app to save my life. 

Upon attempting to log in, it says it sent an OTP. There is no OTP being prompted. Upon trying to create a new account, it says it sent an OTP. There is still no OTP being prompted.

I’ve been trying now for almost 10 days, ensuring that I entered my email address correctly and everything. I’m so fed up. OTP reliability is like… one of the first things you test??? Is it not???

Have been trying to log in/ create an account so many times but nothing helps. Each and every time a buddy wants to gym with me i need to explain en demonstrate to the receptionist on duty how much of an issue this is whilst the pre workout is full throttle blasting. Come on planet fitness we expect Atleast an app that can work.

This app has been buggy from the start. I’ve had ongoing issues, from being repeatedly redirected back to the login screen and being unable to log in, to my profile not being recognised as an active member. Now I’m unable to log in at all.

When the app actually works, it’s fine, but unfortunately, that’s not very often. The reliability needs significant improvement.
