## Plank Reviews in United States

### **--- "Potential"
I think I might like this ap but I never really had a chance to give it a try.

I liked the workout. I chose the very beginner level. It alternated between full arm, a rest period, then from the elbows. It counted down to get started so that you had a chance to get ready. It also sounded tones for the last 5 seconds. That part was good.

What I didn’t like was that it was only a 3 day trial and you had to purchase more (monthly or yearly options were given) to continue.

I try to check aps before I download them for any costs involved. I must have missed this one. Deleting the ap

### *---- "You only get 2 days"
What a waste
-- Mppppp7777, 2020-02-22

### *---- "Not for us fat folks"
The weight only goes up to 220.0 pounds. Yeah I know I’m overweight but that’s why I wanted to try this app. Now I’m out the money because measurements aren’t accurate. What a shame.
-- PJrulz10, 2019-05-04

### **--- "Not explanatory"
This app does not explain very well how to use and did not provide a pre workout overview so I didn’t know what I was doing. Additionally, the app does disable power down, so seconds into my first workout the screen was getting out the shutting down. What a terrible first impression I have.
-- NonGamerConvert, 2019-01-27

### *---- "Not free"
Please be honest and tell us that this is not a free app before we download it.
-- Lisaco123, 2018-07-29

-- Vernando Marhikoj, 2018-07-24

### ***** "Good app"
I added this app to my morning exercise routine and it helps me shape my day the way I want it to go. Days go much better when you start it off by planking.
-- Zuttof Norgas23, 2018-07-23

### ***** "Good app"
Getting in shape doesn't have to be that hard. Download this app and work your body anywhere you go!
-- Kasfad Touder, 2018-07-23

-- Sandros Ghifaa, 2018-07-04
