## Plank Trainer Description
Build real core strength with the simplest and most motivating plank trainer on the App Store — now with Squads and Cloud Mode.

Start small and progress from your first shaky plank to legendary core strength. The app automatically adjusts your level so every session stays challenging but achievable.

This app focuses on pure training: no ads, no subscriptions, no distractions. Pay once, train forever.

Successful planks increase your time. Failed attempts lower the level to keep progress realistic. Your sessions, levels, streaks, and total plank time are tracked so you can see your improvement every day.

NEW: Train together with friends.
Activate Cloud Mode and join Squads — small groups where you share your avatar, level, and streak. Motivate each other, compare progress, and see who becomes a plank legend first.

Features
• Smart automatic progression
• Clean, distraction-free design
• Daily streaks and detailed statistics
• Squads to stay motivated with friends
• Share your achievements easily
• One-time purchase — no recurring costs
• Privacy-friendly anonymous mode

Simple. Effective. Social.
Your plank journey starts here.
