Plankpad kombiniert ein Fitnessgerät mit Spielen und Workouts auf deinem iPhone oder iPad.
Beim Spielen liegt der Fokus mehr auf dem Spiel als auf dem Zählen jeder Sekunde.
Dies sorgt dafür, dass du beim Plank-Workout länger durchhältst, du deine Ziele schneller erreichst, die Zeit schneller vergeht und du Spaß dabeihast.

Um eine Übung zu beginnen, musst du nur die App herunterladen, auf das gerade ausgerichtete Plankpad legen, um zu synchronisieren und ein Spiel oder ein Training auswählen. Die App bringt dir auch bei eine perfekte Plank zu machen.

Um ein Spiel zu spielen, musst du das Plankpad links und rechts balancieren. Die App und das Gyroskop des mobilen Geräts sind perfekt mit dem Plankpad synchronisiert. Für jeden ist ein Spiel dabei, wie z.B. Candy Monster, Pong Soccer, Duck Shoot, Meteor Madness, Wave Rider und Snow Cruisin. Und in Zukunft wird es noch mehr geben.

Die Spiele werden dich herausfordern, mehr und mehr Punkte zu sammeln. Du wirst die Zeit vergessen, so dass du bei Training viel länger durchhalten wirst.

Neben den Spielen gibt es den Workout-Bereich. Das Plankpad muss gerade bleiben, während du den Plankenübungen folgst.

Da das Plankpad auch als Balance Board zum Trainieren der motorischen Koordination, zur Verbesserung der Reaktionszeit und zur Vermeidung von Verletzungen verwendet werden kann, haben wir speziell für das Balancing zwei Spiele entwickelt. Das Balance Board verwandelt sich in ein Surf- oder Snowboardboard und du spielst lustige Spiele, während du deine unteren Muskeln trainierst und dein Gleichgewicht und deine Stabilität verbesserst.

Ich habe das Plankpad nun seit Wochen und habe es noch nicht einmal ausprobieren können - beim Spiegeln auf den TV bricht (als einzige App) hier jedes Mal die Verbindung ab, außerdem erscheint stets die Meldung, die App sei nicht mit dem Plankpad synchronisiert - völlig unbrauchbar das Ganze!

Die 100 Tage Challenge ist völliger Quatsch - viel zu schnell viel zu schwer. Bitte passt das an eure Anwender:innen an - Frauen brauchen andere Angaben, und verschiedene Altersgruppen und Fitnesslevels auch. So steigen die Anforderungen viel zu schnell an. 
Der workout ist eine tolle Idee aber:
- baut eine kurze Pause ein zwischen den Übungen!
- bringt mehr Abwechslung rein. Ich mach jedes Mal Spider Plank - gähn. Vielleicht mal mit draufsitzen oder Füße drauf oder so? Abwechslung eben. 
- längere workouts, und nehmt 30Sek Workout raus. Sinnlos.

Leider kann bei dem Workout nicht selbstständig gewählt werden, welches man nutzen möchte. Die in den Vorschaubildern gezeigten Auswahlmöglichkeiten sind nicht verfügbar. Teures Board mit nicht nützlicher App. Hier scheint die Entwicklung den Möglichkeiten nicht gerecht zu werden. Ein Hinweis aus dem Entwicklerteam wäre wünschenswert, sofern es noch eins gibt. Sehr enttäuschend

Eigentlich eine gute App, aber nach dem Update auf ios 16.1.1 reagiert die App nicht mehr auf die Bewegungen. Damit ist die App vorerst nutzlos.

### ***** "Hochwertiger als gedacht!"
Bin in einem Artikel in einer Frauenzeitschrift auf das  PlankPad gestoßen.

Nach anfänglicher Skepsis hat mich das Produkt überzeugt, es ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und sogar eine Unterlege Matte ist dabei. In Kombination mit den Spielen und den Challanges vergeht das Training wie im Flug, allerdings anstrengender als Gedacht.

Man merkt hier hat sich jemand Gedanken bei der Umsetzung gemacht und nicht einfach einen billigen HomeTrainer auf den Markt geworfen, 5 Sterne.

lässt Wünsche offen. Dass man bei dem hohen Preis des Plank-Boards noch Geld für Spiele verlangt, finde ich unverschämt. 

Sehr schade finde ich, dass man sich nicht mit Freunden oder Familienmitgliedern verbinden- und vergleichen kann. Damit könnte man sich gegenseitig motivieren und wäre im ‘Wettbewerbsmodus’.
