Difficult to use
Very difficult to use. Found it impossible to create even a basic floor plan for an apartment. Tutorials were not helpful. Maybe would make more sense to someone familiar with this style of app but for a casual user it is unusable. Seems to require a level of knowledge well above entry level. Requested refund as app did not work as expected but was denied. Cancelled subscription immediately but still stuck with the bill. I’ll stick with the free browser based software I have been using for years from a different developer as I have no issues understanding that one. I do not recommend this app.
Very hard to use.
I have tried a few of these and planner 5d is by far the worst. Not at all intuitive to use and then on top of that there are a heap of hidden costs. Would not recommend st all. 0 stars if I could.
$29.99 for a “free” trial.
I signed up for this app expecting the advertised three-day free trial, but instead, I was immediately charged $29.99 without receiving the trial. The app forces you to select a subscription plan before starting the trial, and despite choosing the monthly option, they skipped the free trial entirely and took my money upfront. I cancelled the subscription immediately and deleted the app as it wasn’t suitable, yet my refund request was flat-out refused. This is misleading, unethical, and a blatant cash grab. Avoid this app unless you want to be charged for a “free” trial.
No free trial
Think twice before to take any plan if they are saying 3 days or 7 days free trial. It actually is not. They gonna deduct money from your account. Also, Some of the functions do not even work.
Bad
This app is pretty bad from a point of view of any person. But the point of view of a student... It is terrible. I am a student and I need good furniture for my ASSESSMENT. And the only thing there is, is two or three choices. This is unacceptable. At least make all entities free for students. I need this for my assessment and so do other people. I am not paying so much money for an annual or weekly subscription.

Tutorial
I am sure it is a good program - and I will struggle to use it - but the tutorial sessions are really bad. Slow down - use words - I have to repeatedly replay at 1/2 speed.
It is so fun and you can do a lot on it
