I contacted Apple regarding this, and they acknowledged that this is my first time subscribing. They were curious about why I was charged and referred me back to 5D Planner, which is a third-party app, stating that refunds are not controlled by them. When I contacted 5D Planner, they told me that the trial period is only for those who subscribe to the one-year plan. Weird, isn’t it? That wasn’t mentioned at all when I subscribed.
The app stated that there would be a 3-day trial, but I was charged immediately without any trial period. Now, my refund request has been denied. This is a complete scam.
Reached out to the app support but no response… i need a refund..
Not a user friendly app yes charges people extremely high for a subscription.
The subscriptions show me a week at the end charge me for a year….☹️
