## Planny • Planer & Kalendar Description
Planny ist der Tagesplaner, der Erinnerungen und Kalender zu einem einzigen, ruhigen Tag zusammenführt. Seit zehn Jahren im App Store, mehrfach von Apple gefeatured und für die „Apps des Jahres“ nominiert – und mit Version 27 von Grund auf neu gedacht.

Kein zweites System, das du pflegen musst: Planny baut direkt auf Apples Erinnerungen und Kalender auf. Was du hier planst, ist überall – auf iPhone, iPad und Apple Watch, per iCloud, ohne eigenes Konto.

DEIN TAG AUF EINEN BLICK
Aufgaben und Termine stehen chronologisch in einer Zeitleiste mit Uhrzeit-Markern. Erledigtes gleitet hinaus, Überfälliges holst du mit einem Tipp auf heute. Die Wochenleiste klappt zum vollen Kalender auf, wenn du sie brauchst.

Eine Aufgabe, ein Ring, volle Konzentration – mit Live Activity im Sperrbildschirm und in der Dynamic Island. Verlängern, pausieren, abschließen. Auch auf der Apple Watch.

Tägliche oder wochentags-basierte Routinen mit Serien-Zähler, direkt in deinem Tag – ohne extra App.

PLANNY INTELLIGENCE
Ein Knopf, ein Stapel Vorschläge: volle Tage entlasten, alte wichtige Aufgaben terminieren, große Aufgaben in Schritte zerlegen, Vergessenes wiederfinden. Der Planungstisch verteilt deine Woche, die Werkstatt zerlegt Aufgaben in Unteraufgaben. Auf Wunsch liest Planny HRV, Schlaf und Ruhepuls aus Health und passt die Vorschläge deinem Tag an. ### ***** "Geniale Ergänzung für die Aufgaben/Erinnerungs-App von Apple"
Diese Progrämmchen ist ein praktisches Tool im Zusammenspiel mit der von Apple ja total verbesserten Erinnerungs-App. Tolle Kombi die beiden.

Eventuell bin ich zu ungeduldig:
Tritt nur bei mir auf: Beim zurückschreiben der Daten in Richtung Apple-Erinnerungen Verzögerung gegenüber anderen Tools.
Bei einem Bekannten ist dies nicht der Fall.

Ergänzung:
Schnelle Reaktion vom Entwickler. 
Ich hatte zusätzlich noch einen Verbesserungswunsch. Auch dieser wurde unfaßbar schnell eingearbeitet.
Dieser Entwickler steht zu seiner Arbeit.

### ***-- "Da geht noch was"
Ich bin nun seit ca. 1,5 Jahren voll auf Planny umgestiegen (iPad, Mac, etc.). Nicht nur der Funktionsumfang, sondern auch das UI-Design von Planny 9.x haben mich direkt begeistert und abgeholt. Ich habe mich schon sehr au Palnny X gefreut und dem weiteren Schritt in der Entwicklung entgegengefiebert! Seitdem Planny X draußen ist, versuche ich im Parallel-Betrieb für mich zu entscheiden, ob ich den vollen Sprung auf Planny X wagen soll. Während der Funktionsumfang mit jedem Update wächst, merkt man, dass das UI-Desing, zumindest nach meinem Geschmack, noch etwas vom Vorgänger lernen kann. Persönlich fehlt mir die Rafinesse und die „verspieltheit“, durch die sich vor allem Planny 9.5 so organisch und „heimelich“ anfühlt. Die kleinen Akten-Mappen, die sich Stück für Stück füllen, je mehr Aufgaben auf der jeweiligen Liste stehen und z.B. die Produktivitäts-Statisiken, die in Planny X sich doch eher klinisch und „MS-Excel-98-artig“ wirken. Vorübergehend werde ich mit viel Freude Planny 9.x weiter nutzten, ich bin aber sicher, das der Charme, den Planny 9.x für mich hat auch nach und nach in Planny X ankommen wird.

Naja, soweit ein nettes Update, nur leider gibt es wohl keine Orts-Reminder mehr - ohnehin währe da auch eineMöglichkeit Orte in einer Liste zu speichern notwendig… vielleicht kommt es ja doch noch wieder? Die Ortsreminder waren für mich der Grund eine Lifetime-Lizenz zu kaufen…ohne der Funktion gibt es so viele andere to do Apps, ich fange jetzt doch an die App Trello zu testen, die wirklich bisher (ohne Ortsreminder) sogar noch deutlich besser aussieht, als diese App.

### ***-- "Nur mit Zugriff auf Kalender und Erinnerungen"
Tja, leider irgendwie unnötig konstruiert. Die App ist nur benutzbar, wenn Zugriffe auf den Kalender und Erinnerungen gewährt werden. Macht für mich nicht viel Sinn, dass ich mehrere Apps pflegen soll. Dann kann ich diese doch gleich verwenden?

Das Programm startet zwar, wenn man die Zugriffe auf Kalender und Erinnerungen verbietet, kann das Programm nicht fortfahren und kann nicht getestet/benutzt werden.

### **--- "Rückschritt"
Ich empfinde die Version als Rückschritt gegenüber der Planny v9.6.
Es fehlen Tags, es fehlen Routinen, eine Priorität Vergabe führt nicht dazu, dass die Aufgabe prominenter angezeigt wird. Außerdem ist die Kalenderansicht schwächer geworden. Ich kann Aufgaben nun nicht mehr per Drag/drop nach oben in die Liste ziehen oder eben Prioritäten vergeben um sie weiter oben anzuordnen. Es ist nun star nach Datum sortiert. Wenn ich es entscheiden könnte, würde ich die v9.6 eher weiterentwickeln, die ist nämlich ganz toll, und Planny x eher hinten an stellen.
