App not working, can’t get refund or cancel subscription. Website also not working.
The app is mostly not working. It’s disconnected from IG profile on a daily basis.
I cancelled my subscription in Google Play, but looks like it wasn’t enough because I’ve been charged. Now I’m trying to contact support to get refund and cancel my subscription, but the button is not working like most functions in the app.
I logged in on Planoly.com and I can’t do anything there either, there’s a huge pic on the screen that won’t move wherever I click.
Best App discovered
The Planoly app was cleverly created. It has definitely proved useful in executing my social media strategy! You will not regret getting this app.

it’s the same as making a draft on instagram, you can’t unlock any features because you have to pay premium, not great and you have to do everything yourself anyways so it doesn’t help

Very handy on the go or at home.
Preparing the photos in advance and loving the auto send too
Good but slow.
A lot of good features for posting to Instagram. I like that it allows multiple photos per post and planned stories, which some other planning apps don’t do. Only issue is that it can be a bit slow and buggy at times.

Highly recommend! Amazing app
Planoly makes Instagram posts so much easier! I have already told lots of my friends / college classmates to download it. We all have business accounts promoting our portfolios we have built over our years in college; Planoly makes it so easy to schedule everything in order, grouping project images together. When you have a free day you can schedule lots of posts for the future so while you’re busy during the week you don’t have to worry about it. It simply sends you a notification, you click on it and post what you have scheduled for that day/time to Instagram.
Planoly is also great for seeing how your Instagram feed will look with the images before you post them. Since you can’t move around images on Instagram, this is a great feature. Simply upload images and if you don’t like it, delete it or change the schedule date.
The final point I’ll make is the ability to use Planoly on a computer. It makes the scheduling / image uploading process so much easier. After using the computer you simply open the app on your phone and everything you scheduled / uploaded on the computer is there.
So whether it’s the ability to schedule everything to keep your insta posts frequent or being able to have pre saved hashtags (saves you from typing them out every time) Planoly is an amazing app that I would highly recommend to anybody wishing to up their Instagram game!
