Can’t use it
Why isn’t it possible to use it without Facebook? I just need it for instagram. And also, why do you recommend using it with an business account? Makes it frustrating to even start. Very expensive.

Incredibly slow
Honestly I don’t write a review often but this app made me do it. I use Planoly already for 1,5 year but thinking of quitting my plan. It’s always incredibly slow, the feed is not loading and it constantly loses the connection to my Instagram account (which makes me need to login again and again, asking for a verification code, loses connection again, etc.). Very annoying, especially when you pay for it!
Doesn’t work
Used to love this app but I think they updated and now it doesn’t work at all. Keep getting errors. Too bad, let me find another IG planner app
Doesn’t work and no support
Uploading your own photos doesn’t work, I get errors and warnings. Sent a message to tech support but haven’t heard anything and it’s almost a week ago. Such a waste and I even paid for it.
Love but…
Absolutely fan of this App. Works great and easy. But one thing I don’t like.. due to an update I lost all my hashtags and suddenly the use of hashtags isn’t for free anymore ☹️ I don’t think you should make a feature for free at first and make people pay for it after an update. That’s just lame.

App freezes and shut down constantly
I love it but ..
I love this app but it’s such a shame that as a creator I need the most expensive option to even add my 2 Instagram accounts.. I had to download another app to plan my second account. I hope a change will come in this soon. Because there is no other app I’d rather use than Planoly

Werkt prima, maar jammer dat je best veel moet gaan betalen als je aan de maximaal gratis te plannen post zit!

Works great and customer service is super too. Can recommend this app to use for planning your insta posts.
So easy
Love the simplicity of the app for curating my feed before posting. Only thing I wish for that the reels made on IG would be appear too in the app.
