Not working like it’s supposed to
It doesn’t upload the cover with the free version… I could enter it but it didn’t upload. Also, can’t watch the videos before uploading… it would be nice to know what video I’m uploading.

Like it…When it works!
I continue to be unlinked from my account every time I use it requiring me to “fix now” and sometimes when I go to delink it I’m just given a message to come back later. This has impacted my business and would NEVER pay to upgrade due to it. Recently it now won’t let me login at all and says “Instagram Request Failed.” Switching to a competitor.

Glitchy, inconsistent and confusing
It’s very glitchy and annoying to use. The UX design leaves much to be desired. I’m going to look for something else.
“Glitch” every day
It doesn’t matter if you log out and back in or delete the app or whatever— this app “glitches” every single day and it’s more likely that the app developers are not actually fixing the issue correctly and just care about taking your money and running with it
Excellent customer service!
I was so wary after reading recent reviews but as a full time creator I really needed a software to keep me organized & consistent that didn’t require me being online 24/7. I absolutely have had some bumps in the road getting it set up but the customer service team has been incredibly responsive in helping me resolve any issues I have encountered. It’s easy to only write about bad experiences in reviews but I genuinely really appreciate the Planoly customer service teams help & the app so far has been working great for me thanks to them!
Disappointing update
Used to offer 30 uploads per month but now only offers 10. Cheap move honestly.
Recommending against
6 months into my year-long subscription, Planoly told me I had reached my annual limit. What? I'd posted far fewer than 60 posts a month -- maybe 15/month. Could find no explanation. WILDLY expensive for something with undisclosed limits on its use. Wildly expensive anyway. Blech.
Charged me even tho I deleted my account
I don't like how difficult it is to cancel your account and get your refund
Scheduling Posts Constant Fails
I chose this app because of the ability to schedule posts and have struggled with posts that were schedule being post less than 50% of the time. Which is frustrating .
