No identificó varias de mis plantas, por lo que no me brindó ningún diagnóstico o recomendación, tampoco me permitió agregar todas mis plantas, pues tengo varias repetidas y solo permitía una por tipo de planta, tampoco me permitía agriparlas por habitación

Trying to identify 2 succulents I was given and the identifier insists it’s a plant NOTHING like the 5-6 different photos I tried. It also set up a duplicate account and I cannot log in to cancel them.
Bought this app once and forever instead of time limited subscription hoping to get the most. Tried a few times and it didn’t recognize my mini roses. Noticed additional charge for yearly subscription. Checked my subscriptions and saw only one 1 year term although I bought lifetime initially. Tried to find app support, but couldn’t. Writing here..
I had been walking with my bf and he asked what a plant was I said I didn’t no but downloaded this app to see for what I needed it did what was expected. Saw a lot of bad reviews I haven’t ran into those issues so all in all I still have it on my phone and continue to use it as of now . Thanks
