Forces you to subscribe
As soon as you download the app it literally forces a subscription down your throat. Its hard to use and doesn’t show you a free to use option . And if you press use free trial (the only clear option given) it subscribes you and starts charging you once the trial ends unless you cancel it and they don’t explain how to cancel, so you’re on your own

First its a useless app hardly detects problem with plant and charges even if u click to see the charges of plans
Pathetic
It has pathetic app support. Showed me a 3 day trial version and my card got charged for weekly subscription. I requested a refund because mistake was on their part, instead they are teaching me how to use subscription.
