Misleading
It shows you to add house hold products so you download the app. Try it. It tells you to buy insecticide. Where is the home made solution there?
Not getting the info needed to help plants
Not receiving much information about plants. Just they might need more water or less water. Certainly not what I expected from this app. Can google as much information.
Does not work
I downloaded and tried it. Continuous error messages. Does not work for me.
Ripped Off and Poor Service
This app was downloaded as a free week trial. I was told I'd be notified at weeks end! Never happened, Told it was $2.33 a month and they then bill my credit card for a year. I can really see me identifying plants in the dead of winter in 2 months and we won't see plants again until April. Are you kidding me. Then the run around! So many calls and emails and wrong departments etc. Stick to retail, buy a book or CD but I know stores who'll refund after a year. Never ever ever ever will myself, nor friends nor the 6800 people on my database nor church get taken this way again. I expect a full refund TOMORROW! Over and YOUR OUT! This is so crooked It may warrant a police Fraud call. Good Day!

Not working.. I take photo of sick plant.. get no response??
Waste of time
Did diagnosis on one plant that was dying and just got generic suggestions on plant care nothing specific or helpful. Tried on another plant and just kept getting “Oops something went wrong”. Waste of my time I cancelled.

Le seul message que j’obtiens c’est Oups! Une erreur s’est produite, veuillez recommencer! J’ai beau recommencé et reprendre les photos comme il est dit de le faire, cette application ne fonctionne tout simplement pas!
Enjoying free trial
This is so fun! I love learning the names and characteristics of my plants and my friend’s plants too! Cool app! May even consider keeping past the free trial. $40/year. I have yet to experience finding a sick plant and getting guidance to bring it back to health but if that works then I’m all in!!!
Deceptive
You guys say “Free” and yet once I download the app it’s only free for 7 days!!! I deleted it.
