Přestože jsem zrušila předplatné, které jsem měla zdarma na týden k vyzkoušení, bylo mi každý týden účtováno 199 kč za obnovu. Všimla jsem si toho po měsíci. Předplatné se stále zobrazuje jako aktivní a nejde v aplikaci zrušit. Naúčtovali mi dohromady okolo 1200.
Zrušila jsem předplatné na 100% a i tak mi strhli peníze a stále to ukazuje že předplatné nadále mám i když jsem ho zrušila, aplikace mi nevyhovuje a je mi, účet jsem si smazala a očekávám vracení peněz a jestli mi zase další strhnou tak už vážně nevím😃
I downloaded the app to see how it works. It's not working satisfactorily. When the free period expired, they charged me and I canceled the subscription before. Don't download it!! I never even went to the app. The worst service I've ever seen.
I wanted free trial to try it, it is terrible in czech so I wanted to cancel my account but its not possible!!!! They charged me money, even after I tried to cancel the subcription right the first day, I wrote an email second day but no reply!!! Dont download it, I am really angry
Identifikace květin nepřesná, informace tak dlouhé, ze než to přečtěte, nevíte co vlastně květina potřebuje. Zkusila jsem 3denni verzi zdarma, pak jsem odinstalovala a platbu si strhli. 200 Kč za nesmyl v háji.
Líbí se mi nápad samotné aplikace, jen tam jsou drahé balíčky

pouze bych dodala více k zábavným faktům, ťreba i kousek mytologie, k čemu byla rostlina užívána v léčitelství apod.
Aplikace vypadá velmi sympaticky, velmi se mi líbila, ale nemám pro ni plné využití a tak jsem tentýž den zkušební tři denní verzi zrušil, za dva dny mi prisla faktura ze premium a nelze vrátit. Jsem si jisty ze jsem to zrušil a dokonce mi to i v aplikaci potvrdili. Fajn aplikace ale na ty peníze fakt pozor
